Dispatch
What is the delivery time?
We aim to deliver your package to your home within 2-3 working days. As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately start packing. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from PostNL so you can track your order.
What are the shipping costs?
We deliver your order free of charge to our store or to your home via PostNL.
Can I pick up an order in the store?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order in the store. Is the product in stock in the store? Then you can pick up the order in the store after one hour.
Is the product currently out of stock in the store? Your order will be ready for you within a few days. You will receive a message from us as soon as it is ready.
When will I receive a track & trace?
As soon as we receive your order, we will get to work immediately. If the product is in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us within 24 hours with a track & trace code.
If your product is not in stock at the store, it will take a little longer.
In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to all countries. View the delivery times for the different countries below:
Netherlands – 2 to 3 working days
Europe – 5 to 8 working days
Countries outside Europe – 14 working days

What are the payment options?
In our webshop, you can pay with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA, and Bancontact.
Can I have my order wrapped as a gift?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to indicate this in our ordering process. Is your order a gift? Send us an email and we will be happy to wrap it beautifully for you.
Can I reserve an item in the store?
Still unsure and would you like to admire an item in person? In our webshop, you can check if an item is in stock in the store and reserve it. We will gladly set the item aside for you without obligation.

How do I return an order?
Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem. You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Free returns or exchanges in store
You are always welcome to return or exchange your order at our store.
Would you prefer to return your order by post? You can purchase a shipping label yourself from a carrier of your choice. The costs for this are at your own expense. Always keep your proof of shipment with track & trace safe. You can return your order or product if it is still unworn and/or undamaged.
We would like to receive the product in its original condition and packaging. Please also include the invoice with your return so that we know which order it concerns. As soon as we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days via the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, it is possible to exchange a product in the store within 14 days of receipt.

Guarantee
Do I have a warranty?
Yes, of course we guarantee you a warranty. All our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty, such as a 2-year warranty on the watch movement.
I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
How annoying! Please contact us mentioning your order number, and we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
My watch/jewelry is broken. What now?
